Mornington Lodge feel it is important to provide a beautiful and tranquil environment for guests and owners alike.

Executive Suites

Our Executive Suites are for our larger guests. Guests in these fully heated suites (cool in summer) have access to their own private garden throughout the day. A home away from home!

Both residences on the property are a just metres from the facility, ensuring that guests can be heard at all times during the day or night.

Executive Suites have a fully covered over verandah area so that guests still have a sense of spacious freedom during inclement weather.

The Townhouse Apartments

Our Townhouse apartments are fully heated, and are very cool in summer. They all look out over the gardens and a 700 acre farm, so there is plenty to keep guests interested throughout the day.

The Townhouses

Guests are taken out for an hour and a half each morning, and a further hour and a half each afternoon for activities with staff and compatible friends.

All the Townhouse Apartments have easy access to the exercise yards.

TheFluffy House ™

Our Fluffy House lounge rooms are for our senior or nervous guests. These are a series of fully heated, aircontioned lounge rooms which all lead on to a fully enclosed veranda and into a garden.
Guests enjoy all the comforts of home whilst you are away, in a quiet environment.

The Fluffy House is a home away from home.

Henry Lodge

Guests relax on comfortable lounges and watch TV.

Fluffy House guests have a friend for company.

The B & B's

Our B & B suites are similar in concept to our Fluffy House lounge suites - however are for our younger and more active guests. Each suite has it's own door leading out into a large park like garden - where your dog can run around, bark at neighbouring cattle, relax under a tree or socialise with a friend. Life is never boring at Mornington Lodge!

The verandas provide fully covered and spacious areas for your dog to relax in during the day.

Winter Warmth

All guest rooms are fully heated in the winter, and when needed on cooler nights
using safe overheat heat lamps.

Daily Activities

Guests can interact and play with compatible friends during their stay at Mornington Lodge. We like guests to go to bed at night tired and happy! The B & B gardens are set in some of the Mornington Peninsula's finest farmlands - offering guests a country feel to their holiday.

Everyone is pooped at the end of their busy day ...

Guests enjoy paddling in our pools on those warm summer days.

Each guest is brushed and/or health checked daily. Staff conduct an all over exterior check daily - ensuring that should there be an ear, eye or skin condition present itself, it can be immediately brought to the attention of our veterinarian.

All bedding is provided ... and we provide counselling for pug guests that think they are cats

Our very special and indispensable Mr Glen Parnell from the CFA ... who has provided invaluable advice and assistance with all our fire prevention work over the last 12 years to keep guests at Mornington Lodge safe during Australia's increasingly dry and dangerous conditions.

And last but not least - our beautiful June - who looks after everyone and everything at Mornington Lodge with (almost) unlimited patience! Thank you from us all xx
